Delaware North commissioned autumn photography for Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, where the company operates lodges and concessions. The brief was to create imagery for print and digital marketing that would invite visitors into the parks during fall.

Over several days, I photographed towering sequoias, mountain vistas and the changing colors between them. The collection balances the scale of the landscape with the atmosphere of the season, giving the destination a sense of both grandeur and closeness.

Fall is my favorite season to photograph, and this project brought me into some of California’s most remarkable wilderness at a particularly beautiful time of year.
