AECOM and the California Department of General Services brought me on to direct and produce a documentary about the New Natural Resources Headquarters in downtown Sacramento. The film tells the story of the people, construction and environmentally conscious design behind the building.

Across several weeks of production, we followed the work from the trenches to the front office. Ground-level footage and aerial perspectives connect the precision of individual trades with the scale of the completed headquarters.

The finished 4K documentary brings those perspectives together, showing how skilled hands and considered design shaped a new part of Sacramento’s skyline.
